LURE is a daily points tournament. Every run costs 100 $LURE. On entry, before you even spawn: 20 is burned, 10 funds the team, and 70 flows into today's prize pool. The team earns on every run, no matter who wins.
Inside the arena there is no money, only score: your score is your snake's length, grown by eating orbs and by eliminating others (a corpse drops ~80% of its mass, so killing a giant makes you giant). Nothing in the arena mints or moves tokens, which makes the economy impossible to farm, exploit or inflate. You play the game; the money waits outside.
Every UTC day is one tournament. Your best single-run score of the day is your entry on the board. At midnight the day's pool is split among the top 10:

Ten paid places every single day keeps winning within reach for regular players, not just one whale. Play as many runs as you want; every run adds to the pool you are trying to win.
Prizes come exclusively from the day's entries. Points are not tokens, so no gameplay can create money. Payouts can never exceed what players paid in, by construction. Losers' entries are the winners' prizes, the team's 10 per run is taken first, and supply burns on every entry and every settlement.
20 per entry plus 6% of every day's pool at settlement. That is roughly 24% of everything that enters the game, burned, tied directly to real play. More runs, less supply.

Without server side validation, reported scores can be falsified. This must be solved before real funds ever touch the tournament.
